What the pages are
Everything published here is general information for an owner. It is not advice about your own numbers, and reading it does not make you a client. Rules change and they land differently on different facts, so confirm anything that matters for your return before you act on it.
A free call is a conversation. It creates no engagement, no ongoing duty, and no obligation on either side. We will say what we see and what an engagement would involve, including when the honest answer is that you do not need one yet. Work begins only when both of us sign a written engagement letter that names the scope and the fee.
Scope, fees, and your records
Every engagement is defined in writing before it starts. Fees are quoted for that scope. Anything outside it is quoted before it is done. Either of us may end an engagement in writing. You remain responsible for fees earned to that date, and your records come back to you.
The work is only as good as what it is built on. You are responsible for complete records, for what is in your own systems, and for the decisions you make. We will tell you when something does not tie, and we will not build a return on a month that has not closed.
The words and pictures on this site belong to the practice that publishes it. You may read them, print them, and quote them with attribution. You may not republish the site or use it to train a product without written permission. The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate, and we do not promise it will never be down. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas. A dispute belongs in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
The calendar on the booking page does not load until you ask for it or you have moved down the page after arriving. Opening that page is not a booking. Sending the form is a request for a reply, not an engagement. Work still begins only when the letter is signed.
Quotes we give are for the scope named in the letter. A later request, including a cleanup of older months, is priced before it is done. You can stop. We can stop. Your records come back either way.
