These pages exist so an owner here can read the work before any call, and know who is speaking.

The practice behind the page
Steven Palmieri is the Tax CFO on this site, and the Entrepreneur's CFO. A finished month on this page means the bank, the cards, and the loans agree. Payroll setup is the registrations plus a provider you keep running, and it is not a payday this practice runs. The return is prepared only from months that passed that test.
Call +1 844-324-7273. Email and a street are both left off this page on purpose. A form note comes to the people who do the work.
We work by video and a shared set of books. You do not drive anywhere for the close. The city on this page stays Pasadena. The work is the same close either way.
Why this address exists
Owners look for a local name and land on a page that was written for a different coast, or on a directory that never says who will answer. This address is here so the work, the limit, and the person are in one place.
You can read about a fat quarter, the rates, and the questions, and leave. The reading still counts as help. An engagement starts only when both sides sign a letter.
Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. That provider line is the whole of the geography we print. We do not claim a lobby in this town, a favorite taco stand, or a Friday night we spent at the livestock show. We can still care about the place the way any Texan does, and then get back to the month.
What the work looks like in a month
A finished month has the bank matched, the cards matched, and the loans matched. Categories hold still so this month can be set beside the last one. Questions that are still open stay open on purpose, with the reason written down, instead of being buried in a pile named miscellaneous.
From those months we prepare the return. Estimates get reset when the year in front of us no longer looks like last year. A conversation about how the company is taxed belongs in the fall, while a choice can still change the year, and it is a conversation rather than a promise of a result.
Statements come from the same close. They carry no attached report. If a lender or a buyer wants an audit, a review, or a compilation, that signature is a different firm. We can have the books ready before the request, and we say that limit on the first call.
How a call actually starts
Owners here meet us on a video call with a shared set of books and a calendar link. You can count on the close arriving on the date we name, month after month, whether the plant was loud or quiet. You do not drive anywhere, and we do not pretend to keep a room in this town.
You do not need a polished file to start. An honest description of the last close, the open months, and the question that made you write is enough. We will say what we see, including when the right answer is a shorter cleanup or no engagement at all.
Use the number printed under the page. It is the only one. The form and the calendar both land with the people who close the month. Nothing on these pages is a client story, and nothing here is a figure we invented to sound busy.
Read the rates page if a combined sales tax receipt has been bothering you, and the fat quarter page if one season is drowning the rest of the year. Both are here so you can decide whether a call is even the right next step. Reading them is free either way. The published walk is a map of the file, not a tour.
